Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Email support@mementomoristreetwear.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to availability. For limited and legacy Sinister Ink items, exchanges depend on remaining stock - reach out to us first.
